Pretty Little Liars‘ Troian Bellisario just got remarkably honest about her ongoing struggles with self-confidence, saying she still feels like a fraud in the company of her co-stars. She added she dealt with an eating disorder and other self-destructive behaviors as a teen.

PHOTO: Pretty Little Liars wins big at Teen Choice Awards

We don’t cover Pretty Little Liars enough on this site, and that’s sad because it’s actually a really good show for what it is: a teen mystery soap. But the acting and scripts are well done, the characters are developed, the styling is terrific, and the mystery element is titillatingly executed. Not only that, but it does delve a little deep into the complexities, and different types, of deception. It’s a guilty pleasure you don’t have to feel tooo guilty about.
