Remember Toby Sheldon, the guy who spent $100,000 on plastic surgery to look more like Justin Bieber? It seems the 33-year-old aspiring singer/songwriter has signed on with “The D-List Diva” Gina Rodriguez of GR Media and will soon be releasing a single (featuring Adam Barta) about his Bieber obsession titled “Justified.”
