We’ve been familiar with this song for about a year when it was leaked as “Beautiful Nightmare” before I Am . . . Sasha Fierce was released. Since then ecstatic fans have created their own “Sweet Dreams” videos and uploaded them to YouTube, but now Beyonce herself has released the official vid through MTV and it is indeed . . “fierce”!
Beyonce looks and sounds amazing and the I love the artistic vision of the video’s director Adira Petty. Petty’s also done videos for Regina Spektor and Duffy, so it’s got a bit of a different look than other Beyonce videos. Some of the dance moves are stunning in their contortions and in one outfit Beyonce looks like she’s got a tiny waist to rival Dita von Teese’s.
