Amidst allegations that Kenya Moore may have fabricated a bit of the craziness from boyfriend Matt Jordan on the current season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, details have surfaced about Matt’s rather extensive rap sheet that seem to suggest he is a bit unstable — including one incident in which he was tasered by police before he ripped it out and fled into the woods!
TMZ got the scoop on Matt’s antics from the past year, which includes the Incredible Hulk taser incident. Here is a timeline of his arrests from the last 12 months:
MARCH 3 2016 – Gwinnett County, Georgia
Matt is arrested for failure to maintain his lane while driving, and was later arrested when it was discovered he had an outstanding warrant.
JUNE 11 2016 – DeKalb County, Georgia
Matt gets caught speeding and driving on a suspended license.
JUNE 13 2016 – Gwinnett County, Georgia
Matt is arrested for failure to appear.
SEPTEMBER 18 2016 – DeKalb County, Georgia
This is the humdinger! Here are details about the incident from September 14 and Matt’s arrest on September 18 from TMZ:
In September, Jordan was driving past cops and allegedly shouted homophobic slurs at them. Things escalated and officers ended up firing a Taser into his back, which they say he ripped out and fled into the woods. Cops went to his car, found his ID and arrested him 4 days later for felony obstruction and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
Online records indicate additional charges were initially filed against Matt, including theft by taking and yet another failure to appear.
In addition to Matt’s legal troubles over the past year in Georgia, he also had similar run-ins with the law in Florida back in 2014. Initially charged with driving with a suspended license in early July, Matt did his usual “no show” at his arraignment on July 28 and a warrant was issued for his arrest two days later.
Matt was arrested on August 18 and his arraignment was set for September 2. Amazingly, Matt actually showed up this time and settled by accepting the charge and paying the fines.
Meanwhile, Kenya has responded to Matt’s arrest history surfacing online by revealing additional instances in which Matt was out of control that Bravo cameras didn’t catch, including multiple times that he allegedly vandalized her home. (We previously reported on one of those instances involving Moore Manor.) Here is Kenya’s post:
There were no cameras around in Mexico when the door was kicked in and police escorted him out. There were no cameras the now FOUR times my home was vandalized. There were no cameras filming when my neighbors called 911. There were no cameras filming when the Vegas hotel kicked him out for being violent and destroying the hotel room. There were no cameras around when I posted bail, paid for tickets, back owed rent to keep from being evicted, or never left his side when he cried in my arms to take him back countless times. And there were no cameras around when he got arrested for a felony last month (for the 4th time in a year) tazed, handcuffed and fled on foot. There were no cameras when he was banned from filming because of his violence.
I’m not playing the victim. I’m fighting back. I Will not continue to be abused by someone who now wants to exploit something I was accused of 5 years ago by a scorned lover as payback to hurt me to justify violent his behavior.
