The first round is over and 32 hopeful college basketball teams are left! Day one had tons of unbelievably close games and lots of upsets and may have been the best single day of March Madness in years! There were a few more blowouts on day two and not as many upsets, but the Madness continues!

The biggest surprises so far? Here’s a list of double-digit seeds that managed to pull the upset in round one:
14-seeded Ohio University beat the number 3 seed Georgetown University.
10-seeded Georgia Tech beat number seven seed Oklahoma State University.
13-seeded Murray State upset number four seed Vanderbilt University.
12-seeded Cornell University blew out number 5 seed Temple University.
11-seeded Washington beat number six seed Marquette.
10-seeded Missouri University beat number seven seed Clemson University.
11-seeded Old Dominion University beat number six seed Notre Dame University.
10-seeded St. Mary’s beat number seven seed Richmond University.
The action starts back up Saturday at 1:05 eastern with the tip off of Villanova vs. St. Mary’s. I can’t wait!!
