The Real Estate Housewives of Atlanta property wars continue to escalate! Phaedra Parks follows in the high-heeled footsteps of her RHOA co-stars Cynthia Bailey, Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore, and Sheree Whitfield with some brand new digs — well, new to her anyways.
According to Straight From the A, Phaedra plopped down a cool $1.9 million for a luxurious estate located in the posh northern Atlanta neighborhood of Buckhead. The listing has since been removed by Sotheby’s, but you can still watch a video tour of the palacial 9,000 sq ft home that features 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms! Here’s the video:
From the video description:
Gated, bright updated estate on two acres on one of Buckhead’s most prestigious streets. Such value. Must see inside! Huge rooms. Entertainer’s dream with interior views to the stunning grounds and pool. Two master suites, four fireplaces, four car garage and additional parking. Guest house with elevator shaft built in 2000 with office level, kitchen, keeping room, bedroom and bath. Home can be anything from a soft contemporary to a traditional in decor. Inviting outdoor spaces include manicured patios, courtyards, balconies, and a gazebo. So much to love and enjoy in this prime Atlanta residence.
I have no idea what a “keeping room” is, but it dang sure sounds like something Phaedra would have! (And something Phaedra will make a hilarious quote about.)
Here are some photos from the actual MLS listing:
“Lord have mercy!” That’s a nice little shack! Mmmm hmmmm!
Of course, everybody knows that you can’t get a huge new house on The Real Housewives of Atlanta without giving it a nickname, or having one appointed to it. So, in the spirit of Moore Manor and Chateau Sheree, here are our suggestions for names for Phaedra’s new house — feel free to vote for your favorite!
The Phaeboy Mansion
Everybody Knowston Abbey
I’m kind of partial to The Phaeboy Mansion, but I’m thinking Phantasia would stick a little better.
UPDATE – As of July 28, 2017, The Phaeboy mansion is available to rent for $10,556 a month.
