Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth make first public appearance after she comes out as pansexual

Miley Cyrus pansexual, Liam Hemsworth relationship still on

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are still going strong after rekindling their relationship back in January. The on-again couple stepped out for their first real public appearance since getting back together at Variety‘s Power of Women luncheon in Los Angeles. This was their first official appearance together in three years and the happy couple were looking very cozy as they posed for pictures.

Just days ago, on National Coming Out Day, Miley announced that she is pansexual in a new interview with Variety. This isn’t the first time that Miley has used the term to describe her sexuality and it basically means that she doesn’t limit herself to relationships with men or women. She has also previously said that she considers herself sexually fluid and also identifies as neither male or female.

With Miley’s recent coming out, many fans wondered if this meant her relationship with Liam had hit a rocky patch but that isn’t the case at all. It seems that the declaration was Miley’s way of supporting National Coming Out Day more than anything. She also wanted to help others understand that her relationship with Liam, or anyone else for that matter, has nothing to do with them being male or female, but instead is just about a person that she is attracted to and wants to be with.

While rumors of a Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth wedding have been circulating for about as long as they’ve been back together, there is still no confirmation that the cute couple is headed to the altar anytime soon. Their appearance together in Los Angeles on Friday proves that they are still coupled up, though. Now that Miley and Liam have gone public this second time around, maybe they’ll be a bit more forthcoming about their relationship rather than working so hard to keep their romance private.

I’ll never understand what he sees in her. She’s such an attention seeker.

She identifies as neither male or female? What? It’s ONE or the other. Not both or neither. Neither means she is basically an amoeba…which I guess is true.

      She’s oh so special, remember?

No, it’s not. Educate yourself and grow up.

        You’re so original.

grow up? pan sexuals must not have any real problems or quality things in their life to make this sh*t up.

There are so many “–sexual” to keep up these days. It’s rather annoying. People are making things too big a deal. Just call it bi-sexual and move on.

It encompasses something that’s less binary as just men and women. It has an emphasis more on self-identity rather than one’s biological sex. Miley Cyrus is still an idiot though.

What would that even matter? Pansexuals are basically fluid. They find attraction to a person, not their gender or gender identity. All she’s basically saying is that she finds people of all genders and identities attractive. Male, female, non-binary, androgynous, trans, whatever.

No matter what your sexuality, you can be monogamous. Liking more than one gender has no bearing on whether a person is capable of monogamy or not. It’s like liking both pie and cake — you can like both, but it doesn’t mean you have to have both every time to order dessert. You can have and enjoy just one at a time, even though you like both.

I waffle between whether she’s attention seeking or making an attempt to create visibility. Either way I just don’t care, she can say whatever she wants and be whatever she wants and it’s no skin off my back.

      I agree with you!

So true about the monogamy. Great point!

I wish everyone would just quit constantly talking about their sexuality.
I’m a straight, monogamous female. Where’s my magazine article?
To each their own, live and let live, love is love. I literally could not care less who you love, who you have sex with if you’re both (all) consenting, happy adults. I don’t need, or want, to hear about it every other hour of the day.
