Married to Medicine star Mariah Huq and her husband, Aydin Huq, shared some sad news Tuesday as they announced Mariah suffered a miscarriage just a month after the couple revealed they were expanding their family of four with twins.

Thank you for all your well wishes on our pregnancy. It is with heavy hearts that we must announce that we have miscarried. This is by far one of the hardest things that either of us have had to go through, and we are truly saddened by this double loss. We ask that you keep our entire family lifted in prayer, and Mariah a speedy recovery.
Since sharing the news of their loss, Mariah and Aydin, have received an outpouring of support, both online and in person. Mariah posted this next photo on instagram and wrote, “Came home to a house of peace & love.” She added, “Thank you for all the gifts well wishes and prayers. Your kind notes, cards & text have kept me pushing thru. I personally read each and every message and feel overwhelmed with love and support from all of you. (Tear) thank you!”
