Yeah, about that 90-day lockdown rehab deal for Lindsay Lohan…

Lindsay-Lohan-Land-of-Make-Believe

Last week the whole word was not shocked when Lindsay TefLohan managed to cop a last minute plea deal and avoid jail time after admitting to lying to police about that accident involving her Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway.

Just before it seemed like the hammer would fall, Lindsay got herself a Cali lawyer, Mark Heller, who wheeled and dealed the troubled starlet right out of having to spend any of her precious party time behind bars. He managed this through arranging a series of agreements and requirements for his notorious client but there appears to be one major hiccup… The big part of the deal, a supposed 90-day lockdown rehab that Lindsay is to attend, does not actually exist.

Yes, it seems as if Lindsay’s lawyer promised she would ride a unicorn over a glitterbomb rainbow and the prosecutors were all like, “That’s cool dude.” TMZ went straight to the downward-spiraling quasi-stars in trouble with the law and life in general expert Dr. Drew Pinsky to get his take on this mythical 90-day lockdown creature.

“There is no rehab that will hold you against your will, unless they feel the person is a suicide risk, and in that case they can hold the individual for 72 hours.”

The ACTUAL sentence was for 90 days but the judge decided he would forgo this as long as Lohan attended a place that isn’t real. Sources believe that the prosecutors didn’t do their research and bought in to Burt Wonderstone’s “LohanJail.”

The lockdown part’s important because Lindsay has tried your run-of-the-mill, actually exists 90-day rehab centers in the past but she kept sneaking out of Cirque Lodge in Utah and was rumored to have done the same at Betty Ford.

Prosecutors are now said to be reevaluating the deal and sources state that actual jail time may be back in play even though we all know that’s never gonna happen.
