The Bachelor’s Andi Dorfman to be The Bachelorette 2014
Fresh on the heels of her headline-grabbing on-air dumping of Juan Pablo Galavis, The Bachelor contestant Andi Dorfman is putting her lawyering on hold once again — this time to become the next star of ABC’s The Bachelorette!
The 26-year-old assistant district attorney from Atlanta was named as the next disher of roses by Bachelor/Bachelorette guru Reality Steve nine days ago, and TMZ is reporting that Andi has taken a leave of absence from the high-profile murder case she is currently working on with no explanation from the Atlanta D.A.’s office.
Dorfman was in the middle of helping to prosecute ex-mobster Mani Chulpayev, who’s accused of playing a key role in the 2012 murder of rapper Lil Phat.
Here’s some video of Andi Dorfman showing off her modus operandi in the courtroom during a hearing in the Mani Chulpayev case:
So what do you think of the decision? Will you be excited to watch Andi perform her relationship jury selection next season?
