The mother-of-one hit South Beach on New Year’s Eve with Michael A. Cerussi III. “Mac,” as he is known to friends, is the son of Michael and Kathryn Cerussi — a late corporate lawyer and magazine executive, respectively.

Although sources say Bethenny and Mac aren’t exclusive, they were undeniably cozy during the holiday celebration.

“Bethenny was with Mac and looked very happy on New Year’s Eve,” a source told People. “They kissed at midnight and other times during the evening. They looked like they were having a great night.”

It has been rumored for months (and months and months) that former Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel and husband Jason Hoppy were having difficulties making their marriage work, with a source on Wednesday going so far as to say the Skinnygirl Bethennterepreneur was already meeting with divorce attorneys and working out the details of their separation.
