The Chew‘s Daphne Oz welcomed a baby girl with husband John Jovanovic last Wednesday. Today, the NYT Bestselling author revealed the little girl has an appropriate name for a foodie-in-training: Philomena Bijou Jovanovic or “PBJ.”
Daphne shared the little girl’s name and first picture during a Skype appearance on Tuesday’s episode of The Chew. She said they will call her “Philo” for short — which happens to sound like Phyllo pastry dough. (In a very cute kind of way!)
Daphne, who is the daughter of Dr. Mehmet Oz, revealed she was expecting during the third season premiere of The Chew. She and her investment fund analyst husband decided the keep the baby’s sex a secret until she delivered.
Dr. Oz broke the news of his granddaughter’s birth last Thursday.
My daughter @DaphneOz delivered her first child! I'm holding my beautiful granddaughter now. Thank you for all the well-wishes & prayers!
