Kodak Black faces 8 year sentence for strip club visit
Rapper Kodak Black might be spending an awful lot of time behind bars after taking a trip to see some ladies on the pole.
A Florida judge found the 19-year-old guilty yesterday on 5 of 6 counts of violating house arrest. Among the violations as listed by Judge Michael Lynch were a failure to attend an anger management course and going, without any authorization, to Club Lexx, a Miami-area strip club.
The State wants Kodak to serve a maximum eight year sentence for his latest indiscretions. According to the Sun Sentinel, the State describes Black’s actions as a “slap in the face” after he was given a second chance in 2016 by agreeing to a plea deal which allowed him to only serve house arrest for a year.
The troubled artist is wildly popular as indicated by his video for “Tunnel Vision” ehich has already garnered over 110 million views since dropping on Feb 16:
Before that 2016 deal the “Vibin In This Bih” MC was facing a slew of charges including robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer and possession of a firearm by a delinquent.
Black will remain behind bars until his sentencing, which is currently scheduled for May 4.
