25-year-old Natisha Hillard from Gary, Indiana has confessed to selling her baby for sex 8 times. In addition she stated that she was in the room where the abuse happened for all but the last occasion.
Hillard admitted under questioning that she met Christopher Bour through a dating service in 2011 and they agreed to rendezvous at her home. It was at this point that she alleges that Bour started asking about her two children, who were 4 months and 3-years-old at the time.
Hillard plead guilty in U.S. District Court to 1 count of selling a child for sex and 2 counts of allowing a child to take part in child pornography.
On Feb. 14, 2013 FBI agents obtained a search warrant based on information provided by a massage parlor owner who indicated that Bour had shown her child porn videos and asked her to record her having sex with a child. Investigators say they found images of Bour sexually touching a baby between 6 and 9 months old. Hillard admitted to Assistant U.S. Attorney Jill Koster that she can be seen on the images found on Bour’s computer that show him sexually touching the child.
The FBI stated that the abuse lasted from the time the infant was 4-months-old until she was 18-months-old.
In addition, Hillard stated that she allowed Bour to take sexual pictures of her older child at least on one occasion.
So how did Hillard attempt to explain the reasons as to why she would allow these atrocities to happen? She stated that Bour agreed to pay her for these encounters and that she needed the money. The visit in which she was not present was one in which she claims that Bour paid extra to be alone with child. She was unaware what Bour intended to do with any images from that occasion. “He didn’t tell me what he was going to do with them,” she said.
Hillard is currently being held without bond and faces 30 years to life in prison.
Bour is also being held without bond. He plead not guilty in the case.
