Britney Spears may be in a somewhat new relationship with boyfriend David Lucado, but she’s already got babies on the brain — a daughter, specifically.
During an interview with Mario Lopez for Extra TV, Britney and Mario started to talk about their children. After Mario told Britney that he was “jealous” that she had boys, she replied, “Awww, I want a girl!”
“Oh, you do want a girl! So later on, maybe a little girl?” Mario questioned. To that, Britney gave an enthusiastic, “Yes!”

But before she welcomes a new baby into the mix, Britney is focused on setting up the future for her two sons, Sean and Jayden. “They do like attention, so I think they would probably be good in the limelight,” Britney explains. “We’re taking baby steps right now as far as agencies and stuff go, but they’re little comedians, so we’ll see.”
As for her own career, Britney is currently working on her new album with Will.i.am. “[Will] is so talented. He keeps it so fresh and so interesting,” she told Mario. “We’ve done like two songs so far, and we have so much fun in the studio.”
The pop star is also heading to Las Vegas where she will headline her own show. “I’m excited,” she said. “I love Vegas any time I get to go there, so I’m excited, I’m pumped. I haven’t done a show in a really long time, so it’ll be fun.”
According to the latest reports, Britney’s show will begin rehearsals in early fall and a premiere date is expected by November.
