Family reportedly plans to take Bobbi Kristina off life support on the anniversary of Whitney Houston’s death

Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina Brown Passing

After more than a week of hoping for what doctors said would be a miraculous recovery, Bobby Brown has reportedly come to terms with Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition.

“This is the only thing they can agree on — that she’s gone [brain-dead], and there’s nothing more than can be done for her,” a Brown family source told Page Six, explaining friends Tyler Perry, Jermaine Dupri and Bow Wow helped keep the peace between the families so everyone could agree on the decision.

The source continued that the timing of when the families plan to take Bobbi Kristina off life support will not be a coincidence: Cissy Houston suggested allowing Bobbi Kristina to die on Feb. 11, the third anniversary of Whitney Houston’s death, to “bond mother and daughter for eternity.” The Brown family reportedly agreed and will pull the plug at midnight tonight. According to TMZ, the family is extremely emotional and sobbing non-stop, but they realize “it’s the right thing to do.”

On Monday, CNN reported police are investigating what led up to Bobbi Kristina’s medical emergency as the 21-year-old displayed “injuries that still need to be explained.” As we previously reported, boyfriend Nick Gordon is suspected of foul play. He has not made any public comments since Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive on Jan. 31.
