My theory is that Leighton’s people let her do her own makeup for the first time because she looks exactly like a 5-year-old girl that got into her mother’s makeup case.
As far as the outfit Leighton Gaga has on, I have no theories. Unless, of course, American Eagle’s new look is “trampire chic.”
