Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Kenya Moore has returned fire against the landlord who is suing her for being an alleged deadbeat renter.
Moore has got off the floor and kicked open the door with her own countersuit against Conya Weems-Dillon who sued for eviction, claiming that Kenya was $848 short on her May rent as well as breaking several terms of the signed lease agreement. Her 6-bedroom, 6-bath house rents for $3,999 / month.
In this retaliation from the RHOA nation, TMZ revals that Moore is claiming that Weems-Dillon is lying and plotting to intimidate her into moving out. In addition she states that she has paid the rent IN FULL for May and June and that the landlord has a bad habit of constantly entering the home without notice.
And just to add some more fuel to the fire, because that’s the way Miss Kenya is known to roll, she claims that Conya was just looking to sell a story and that all of this has hurt the reality star’s rep. In summary, she’ suing for wrongful eviction, slander and emotional distress adding that her friends have “shunned” her in light of the allegations levied against her.
Just for good measure, Kenya tweeted the following as she let Biggie do her talkin’:

When the story first broke, someone in her ATL neighborhood accused Moore of being the “neighbor from hell.” Well I guess sooner than later we’ll be able to tell if this is a tall tale or a leasing fail at the hands of Kenya.
