There’s a sad new chapter in the legal wranglings for actress Lindsay Lohan. According to sources with TMZ, and when it comes to the courts and Los Angeles they’re almost always right, Lohan will soon have her probation revoked.
As we previously reported, Lindsay was caught lying to the cops following an accident in Santa Monica, California. At the time, she told officers that she was not driving her Porsche that slammed into an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway. It turns out that statement was false and the City Attorney intends on pressing charges.
As a result of this new offense, Lindsay will have her probation revoked from her infamous jewelry theft.
What this all means is the troubled starlet will face yet another hearing after being arraigned. So will Lindsay be headed back to jail? Only time and Hollyweird justice can tell.
