Has the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 3 Reunion been filmed or not?

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 3 Reunion has been all over the headlines. According to numerous reports by Radar Online, the reunion was filmed last Tuesday, the day after the season 3 finale party at Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd’s vow renewal ceremony. The site has provided all sorts of insider information on who was there, who was not, and what went down during the marathon 8-hour taping. But wait. The infamous Housewives reunion shows are almost never filmed before the season airs, and host Andy Cohen was in New York City filming Watch What Happens Live! all week. So were the Radar Online reports false?

Last Tuesday, Radar Online claimed that because of Adrienne Maloof’s split from Dr. Paul Nassif last Monday, she would not be attending the reunion taping. Then, a week later, their source revealed Adrienne had decided to proceed with filming after all.

Dr Paul Nassif and Adrienne Maloof's split

Two days ago Radar Online gave details about several of the dramatic moments that had went down during last week’s alleged taping:

“The filming took over eight hours, and it was by far the most drama filled reunion taping of any of the Housewives franchise. At one point during the reunion Brandi got very upset and felt that all of the ladies were ganging up on her. She started crying and stormed off of the set. Of course, she came back after twenty minutes, with a lot of huffing and more tears. It seemed like she was only acting for the cameras, and whenever there was a break in shooting, Brandi became a very different person. Brandi was much calmer and less dramatic, and as soon as filming resumed, so did the acting.”

It sounds to be quite the event! Only problem? It may never have happened! That’s right, it appears The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 3 reunion special has NOT been filmed after all. Rumorfix has confirmed with several sources that the reunion isn’t even scheduled to film until January of 2013!

In all of Real Housewives history, a reunion show was only filmed before the season aired once and that was when Real Housewives of New Jersey filmed two seasons back-to-back. Producers wait until about 3/4 of the season has aired so that the cast has already seen what has been said behind their backs, which is what leads to all the drama at the reunion.

It should be curious to see how, or if, Radar Online addresses all of their “reporting” on the reunion over the last couple weeks. My hope is that it was all a practical joke masterminded by Brandi Glanville or another cast member to pull one over on the the site 🙂

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 3 will return to Bravo this fall, likely in October, and it’s sure to be wild! The ladies shot on location in Vegas AND Paris, and if you’re hoping for drama, there will be plenty — even some legal drama.
