Jersey Shore's Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Sammi Sweetheart Giancola break up again

The tumultuous relationship between Jersey Shore costars Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola has been on and off more times than Mr. Miyagi’s wax, so it should come as no surprise to anyone that Ronnie announced Tuesday that he and Sammi have split up again.

The announcement came at the Paranormal Activity 3 superfan screening in New York City when Ronnie was asked by Us Weekly what the couple’s status was. “We are not together,” Ronnie said.

So far there has been no other announcement from either camp as the world prepares for the Jersey Shore Season 4 finale airing later tonight. Ronnie did share this tweet back on October 12th though:

UPDATE - It’s beginning to look like Sammi broke up with Ronnie after he was outed on Twitter as having cheated on her with Morgan Brittany Osman from Bad Girls’ Club! CLICK HERE for all the deets and all the tweets!

The break up comes as the rest of the world watches Ronnie and Sammi seemingly getting along quite well in Italy.

“Being in Italy, in such a romantic atmosphere, brought us together,” Ortiz-Magro told Us Weekly prior to the show’s August premiere. “The first week was rough — everyone was like ‘Oh, my God.’ But [Sammi and I] didn’t fight at all in Italy. [It was] probably the highest point in our relationship.”

OK, let’s all set our calendars and watches for two days after filming for Season 6 starts because that’s exactly when they will be getting back together.

Honestly, I am surprised. They were getting along GREAT while in Italy. There was no arguing or anything. So why all of a sudden are they splitting? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.? Weird.

  He supposedly cheated on her with Morgan from the Bad Girls Club when he was in Miami doing an appearance at Mansion. Then he was seen with her a week later in Vegas at Wet Republic and at Cheetah’s strip club. Nice guy! This supposedly went down between their appearances together on Wendy Williams and Jimmy Kimmel, which is way messed up! The Friday after the Kimmel appearance they were spotted and very much together at the Beverly Center in LA. Then the Sunday after that, this girl Arian, a friend of Morgan’s tweeted to Sam that he hooked up with Morgan. Next thing you know Ron goes twitter postal on Arian, which looks guilty right there. Then that Monday, Sam and Ron stopped following each other. Last night on the hookup, it was so obvious she was uncomfortable and didn’t want to be in the same room w/him. When Kenny Santucci asked what happened, she kind of wanted to dodge the question…Think she’s taking the high road. Ron piped up and said “I’m gone a lot and we started fighting and getting back into our old ways so we’re taking a break.” I think from the look on Sam’s face, that was a fraction of the truth. I think she’s had it with him personally.
