Why is it worth mentioning that Heidi looked fantastic when she has made a living looking fantastic for the last 17 years? Because she just gave birth to daughter Lou Samuel on October 9th! That means the German supermodel and host of Lifetime’s Project Runway was back in runway shape in less than six weeks!
