There’s a new All-American Boy! Proud mom Carrie Underwood announced on Twitter that she and husband Mike Fisher welcomed their first child on February 27.

“Tiny hands and tiny feet… God has blessed us with an amazing gift,” she said, adding they named the little boy “Isaiah Michael Fisher.” She also shared a picture of his delicate little hand and the bottom part of his face.

Carrie announced her pregnancy last September with help from her two fur-babies.

“In honor of ‘Labor’ Day, Ace & Penny would like to make an announcement,” she captioned an Instagram picture of her pups in “big brother” and “big sister” shirts. “Their parents couldn’t be happier.”

Dad-to-be Mike joked at the time that they were tossing around the first name of “Fly,” but the moniker they ultimately settled on is much more traditional: According to Behind the Name, “Isaiah” has been a popular pick since the Protestant Reformation for its connection to the prophet Isaiah from the Old Testament. It was the 44th most-popular baby boy name in the United States in 2013.

Congrats to the family!
