MUG SHOT Taco Bell customer bites employee’s arm, worker responds by shooting him with BBs
A Massachussetts Taco Bell customer got more than he bargained for during a “fourth meal” run over the weekend. Although, to be fair, you can’t expect the best when you bite someone’s arm.
According to the AP via Huffington Post, the hangry customer got agitated when employees didn’t come to the drive-thru window to take his order at 4 a.m. on Sunday, even though the fast food restaurant was open. He then got out of the car and banged on the locked front door, presumably while yelling “¡Yo quiero Taco Bell!”
When employee Steven Noska, 26, finally responded, the two men got into a physical argument — leading the customer to bite Steven. Steven then shot the customer multiple times with a handy BB gun and pistol (or BB) whipped the guy for good measure.
The Springfield Police Department’s Sgt. John M. Delaney said Steven was charged with Assault and Battery Dangerous Weapon, Assault and Battery Dangerous Weapon and simple Assault and Battery. It doesn’t sound like the customer was arrested, but he was penalized by never getting the tacos he so desperately desired.
