Former star NFL wide receiver and current TV analyst Keyshawn Johnson was arrested today on charges of domestic battery.
TMZ, citing law enforcement sources, is reporting that the outspoken 41-year-old was involved in a dispute with an ex-girlfriend at his Calabasas, California home. Sources say that at one point Johnson smashed the woman’s cell phone, causing a gash on her hand.
Johnson, who made headlines for being the most vocal proponent of having former resident Justin Bieber exiled from the exclusive gated community where this incident happened, was formally arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery and booked.
Johnson made his $20,000 bail and is already out.
