One of Bernie Madoff’s fellow inmates told The NY Post that Bernie may have $9 billion worth of secret treasure buried in the hands of three friends. Madoff tells his jailbuddies that he secretly distributed the $9 billion before he got busted.
His partner-in-crime Frank Dipascali (52), who pleaded guilty to 10 felonies associated with bilking people out of $60 billion, is reportedly seeking a deal with the feds using his information about the secret stash as a bargaining chip.
The Post’s piece also reveals that Bernie Madoff began seeing a psychiatrist last year for depression because of his mistress’ Sheryl Weinstein’s book, Madoff’s Other Secret: Love, Money, Bernie, and Me. According to the Amazon reviews, this tell-all was a complete snooze-fest. There was, however, one little detail that made headlines: he’s hung like Jon Gosselin.
