The Roots

Just a few days ago I wrote about Mariah Carey and her revealing attire doing their best to help light up the Christmas tree in Rockefeller center. In the post I argued that Mariah’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You,” is probably the best holiday song of the last 20 years. Superlative statements like that can be irritating I understand but bear with me as I make another. Carey joined Jimmy Fallon, The Roots and some seriously adorable singing kids to lay down the most wonderful rendition of the song you’ll ever see. It’s another clip in which the super-talented house band along with Fallon break out toy instruments and other assorted items to make a joyous noise. Check it out!
