44-year-old Mob Wives star Renee Graziano revealed a bombshell tonight on the Season 2 reunion: she actually miscarried her ex husband Hector Pagan Jr.’s baby this January when she was hospitalized after her father was arrested (because of evidence Junior gathered for the F.B.I. while wearing a wire. That’s some heavy stuff!

Mob Wives star Renee Graziano was rushed to a New York City hospital Friday soon after hearing that her father, Anthony “TG” Graziano, had been arrested yet again along with four other alleged members of the Bonanno crime family in an early morning raid. She reportedly suffered a panic attack and collapsed hours after hearing about her father’s arrest, which came less than two weeks after he had been indicted for a separate charge of extortion. Adding insult to injury, it appears that both arrests were made stemming from information received from recordings made by Renee’s ex-husband Hector “Junior” Pagan after he flipped to avoid armed robbery charges last year.

Last year Junior Pagan was rounded up in a major mob bust, leaving Renee devastated. She briefly got back with her ex-husband, but left him after she found out he was seeing other women.

On tonight’s episode Junior wanted to spend time with Renee in the six months he had while he wanted for his sentencing for the last bust. He told Renee that her brush with death during her plastic surgery nightmare scared him because he didn’t want to lose her. When she asked if he didn’t want to lose her because he was still in love with her, or because he loved her, he replied “both,” which made her break down. Renee replied “I’ve been waiting for this for year. For years I’ve been in love with you, only you.”

This will shake some things up on VH1’s Mob Wives. Mob Wives‘ Renee Grazian’s dad Anthony Graziano is a consigliere in the Bonanno crime family, so that makes things awkward now that her ex-husband, and the father of her 17-year-old son Hector Pagan Jr. is an FBI informant who was wired for a year!
