VIDEO Jon Gosselin having fun waiting tables, has no regrets

Jon-Gosselin-waiting-tables

Not too long ago Jon Gosselin was the star of a reality TV smash-hit and living in a $1.3 million home. Following his confrontational divorce from Kate Gosselin after the conclusion of Jon and Kate Plus 8, the father of 8 now finds himself living in a rural cabin without TV or internet and waiting tables at a nearby restaurant.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight Jon, who’s currently being sued by Kate for millions, revealed that he’s okay with it all and has no regrets.

ET: Are you struggling to make ends meet?

Jon: No. I don’t know why people said that. They said it because I’m waiting tables, which is really disgusting to think that because you wait tables or because you don’t have an 8-to-5 job, that you’re (not) making ends meet.

ET: Have you hit rock bottom?

Jon: Oh, I’ve hit rock bottom like 20 times and I just bounce back and go somewhere else.

ET: How hard is it for you to find work?

Jon: Next to nearly impossible to find work.

ET: People thought you were making millions and millions of dollars when you did this show. Were you?

Jon: No. I haven’t grossed millions and millions of dollars but I don’t like to talk about money that much.

ET: What’s it like going from reality show star to waiting tables?

Jon: At first I was nervous because I was like, ‘How are people going to react?’ But then I’m thinking, ‘Well it’s fun and I get to talk to people.’ And they technically already know me… they’re like ‘Are you the guy?’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, I’m the guy.’

ET: You were partying, you were out, you were enjoying the high life.

Jon: I do it now on a different level. I don’t go to Vegas and New York…

ET: You were doing that…

Jon: Yes I went there because it was contracted so I could earn income to pay my attorneys to protect me in court.

ET: Do you regret doing Jon and Kate?

Jon: I don’t regret anything because you learn from your mistakes. That’s what builds you to who you are today.

Nothin’ wrong with an honest day’s work!
