Now that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have addressed most of their marital problems head-on in the first season of True Tori, there needs to be some kind of drama fueling the second season — and it looks like it will be a pregnancy scare.
In the new preview for the second season of True Tori, Tori finally sees a picture of Emily Goodhand, the woman Dean admitted to cheating with in Canada, and tries to get back to a normal family life.
“Oh, and there’s one more thing,” she says at the end of the preview. “I may be pregnant.”
So, is Tori pregnant? Last fall, Tori made it clear they were ready to close up the baby shop when she wrote in Spelling It Like It Is that they planned to get a vasectomy for Dean. However, those plans were foiled when her money manager said they didn’t have enough cash for the procedure — even though it generally only costs $350 to $1,000.
Based on Tori’s new teaser, it doesn’t sound like Dean ever got the operation, even after his affair led to a Lifetime payday for the family. However, Tori’s last delivery in 2012 led to her experiencing placenta previa and requiring an emergency surgery, so another pregnancy would be risky. For that reason, let’s hope Tori’s pregnancy scare wasn’t anything more than that.
