Here is Heidi Barsuglia’s photo on file with the California Secretary of State’s office at cal-access.ss.ca.gov. Mrs. Barsuglia is believed to be one of the lobbyists having an affair with Republican California Assemblyman Michael Duvall, who was caught on tape talking about their sexual relationships in detail with a colleague during a hearing break. Ironically, her profile states she completed her ethics course on 11/12/2008. D’oh! They must have skipped the part about having sex, wearing “eye-patch underwear” and getting spanked for favors.
Heidi DeJong Barsuglia’s profile is still on file with the California Retailers Association, for whom she was the Director of Government Affairs from 2004 until March of this year.

Ms. Barsuglia graduated cum laude from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts degree combining a double major in Political Science and Persuasive Communications.
Of course she was “cum laude!” And I have no doubt she finished on top and/or bottom of her class in Persuasive Communication! I knew lots of girls in college that didn’t even realize they could have been getting a second major for all their efforts!
