New Kids On The Block “The Package” tour dates with Boyz II Men and 98 Degrees
It’s the return of the nineties! New Kids On The Block are back and ready to embark on a new tour with a few of old friends — 98 Degrees and Boyz II Men! The guys will be kicking off their North American tour called “The Package” this May in Connecticut, and according to them, it’s going to be better than ever.
“It just seems like we are getting better and better,” Joey McIntyre tells PEOPLE. “We’re excited to get out there, rock out and have fun.”
“Ladies, we’re coming for you,” Donnie Wahlberg adds of the tour. “This is going to be the craziest year yet — the single, the album, the tour with 98 Degrees and Boyz II Men. … We can’t wait to give fans ‘The Package!'”
In addition to the tour, NKOTB will also be releasing a new album 10 which will drop on April 2. “We have been doing this for almost 25 years,” says Joey. “So it’s important that the music and the lyrics speak to who we are as grown men – and the album reflects that.”
While the boys may be all grown up, they haven’t completely abandoned their old moves. (Thank goodness) “There is a lot of nostalgia and we embrace that,” Joey explaines. “But it always feels young and fresh. I guess that’s one of the great things about being in the music business is that you never have to quite grow up.”
Earlier today, NKOTB appeared on The View with Boyz II Men and 98 Degrees where they spoke about their big return.
