Haylie Duff is a mom! The 7th Heaven and Real Girl’s Kitchen star and food blogger extraordinaire welcomed her first-born into the world late Monday, a rep for Duff confirmed today.
“Haylie Duff and fiancé Matt Rosenberg welcomed their first child, a baby girl,” said the statement. “Both mom and baby are doing great! Haylie and Matt are thrilled to finally meet their baby girl and become a family of three.”
Baby Ryan was a few days later than expected–devotees will recall that Duff was actually due on May 7th. She and fiancé Matt Rosenberg shared the above photo with the world on April 7th, captioning it “30 day countdown!”
In the end, when Ryan wound up being a few days late, the couple decided to induce labor.
And, now that Ryan has been born, the busy couple can get back to planning their wedding. “It was kind of too much to all do at once,” said Duff, in an interview last year. “We’re just trying to focus on one thing first, and then we’ll do it.”
Added, Rosenberg, “It’s pretty cool to think now our daughter is going to be at our wedding.”
