VIDEO Chris Henry’s fiance Loleini Tonga interview on ESPN Outside the Lines

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry died December 16th after an argument with fiance Loleini Tonga. Tonga attempted to leave in a pickup truck and Chris Henry jumped in the back. Within a couple miles from the house, Henry came out of the back of the truck and died from the injuries sustained from the impact with the ground.

Henry’s fiance Loleini Tonga is speaking publicly for the first time about the incident and claims he wasn’t thrown from the moving vehicle but instead had elected to jump, apparently assuming he would be able to survive. Here is the interview with ESPN’s John Barr

Here are both 911 calls placed in reference to the Chris Henry and Loleini Tonga auto accident that resulted in the death of the 26-year-old Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver. The first 911 call was made to police by a woman driving behind the truck driven by Loleini Tonga with Chris Henry in the back. The caller describes Henry as having black pants, shirtless with a cast on his arm. She says he is beating on the back window of the truck.

The second 911 call was placed by a man after Henry had been thrown from the vehicle. That caller told the operator “there’s a man is in the road … he looks dead … there’s no movement.” Keep reading to listen to the calls and read complete transcriptions of both.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry has been involved in a serious auto accident after a domestic dispute with his fiance Loleini Tonga near Charlotte, North Carolina. According to KTPost.com there was a domestic dispute at a residence on Peachtree Road and that Tonga attempted to leave the scene in a pickup truck at which point Henry gave chase and got into the back of the truck. According to police, Henry’s injuries were sustained after falling from the back of the truck while Tonga was driving.
