Praise the Lord, Pennsatucky’s done gone blonde y’all! Orange Is the New Black actress Taryn Manning, who plays everyone’s favorite meth head turned evangelist Tiffany “Pennsatucky” Doggett on the Netflix original series, shocked fans when she appeared on the red carpet at the International Emmy Awards last night with platinum blonde hair instead of the mousey brown we’re used to seeing on screen. Plus, check out Taryn’s OITNB co-stars Danielle Brooks (Tasha “Taystee” Jefferson) and Jackie Cruz (Flaca) all glammed up for the event.
