Is Danielle Staub coming back to Real Housewives of New Jersey?

Attention Danielle Staub fans (if there are any), we have some good news for you! The alleged prostitution wh0re could be returning to the show that put her on the map — Real Housewives of New Jersey. Yesterday, she confirmed that she has met with her former boss, Andy Cohen, and that they talked Housewives.

TMZ caught up with Danielle in NYC on Wednesday which is when she revealed that she had a face-to-face interview with Bravo’s head honcho. “It was a general meeting,” Danielle says. “There was a lot of talk about everything — including Housewives.” While no official deal has yet been discussed, there are definitely cast changes coming soon and Danielle could very well be a part of it. The fact that Andy gave her a meeting speaks volumes.

When asked if she’s kept in touch with any of her co-stars, Danielle, who was booted from the series two years ago, told TMZ that she hasn’t. “I have absolutely no interest in speaking to any of them.” We’re pretty sure the feeling is mutual but that could present a problem if she was to join the show. Currently, Teresa isn’t speaking to any of her co-stars either and the producers’ goal is to even out the playing field which adding Danielle wouldn’t necessarily do.

However, with a few other housewives allegedly preparing to hit the scene, it would make more sense. Plus, since Danielle left, two other ‘Wives have been added. It’s a different group and she might actually fit in just fine — you never know! As crazy as it sounds, it might be pretty interesting to see her back.

Danielle Staub isn’t the only former ‘Wife that is being reconsidered for a spot back on their former show. Rumor has it that producers are also thinking about a Jill Zarin return in NY.
