Actor Andy Garcia arrived in Rome, Italy earlier today sporting a Panama hat, shades and a mustache worthy of Inspector Clouseau! For those of my generation Andy’s almost comical appearance probably reminds you of the sometimes-comical almost Andy Kaufman musician Leon Redbone.
