Tiger Woods, perhaps the greatest golfer of all time, was arrested early Monday morning on charges of DUI.
The 41-year-old was arrested at 3am in Jupiter, Florida. He has a home in Jupiter Island, Florida.
Police spokeswoman Kristin Rightler said that Woods was booked at 7:18am and released on his own recognizance at 10:50am.
The booking photo shows a haggard Woods looking grimly into the camera.
Woods, whose personal life went into a tailspin after he wrecked his car in November 2009 following a tabloid report of an alleged affair, has recently been trying to get back to competitive golf after back surgery.
