Dani Mathers punished for nude body shaming gym photo
Former Playboy Playmate of the Year Dani Mathers has been sentenced for posting a photo of a septuagenarian in a state of undress at the gym.
Mathers appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom Wednesday and copped a plea in her criminal invasion of privacy case. The charges came after Mathers captured an image of a 70-year-old woman in the shower at her Los Angeles gym and shared the photo to Snapchat–along with the caption, “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.”
Mathers was given two choices for punishment.
She could:
A) Spend 45 days behind bars and receive 36 months probation.
B) Spend 30 days removing graffiti and receive 36 months probation
She went with option B according to TMZ…
Mathers has slowly been reinserting her presence back on social media after the fallout from her extremely poor decision. While doing so she’s denied having ever body shamed anyone and has openly called for people to cease and desist with all the criticism.
