MUG SHOT PHOTO Moonshiners’ Tickle arrested for public intoxication

Moonshiners star Steven Ray Tickle aka “Tickle” has been arrested for public intoxication. Tickle is one of the more prominent personalities on the show and his tipsy ways have become a fan favorite. The network has even added a segment called “Tickle’s Take” during new episodes. Unfortunately, his drinking has finally caught up with him and gotten him into what might be referred to as a bit of a legal Tickle pickle.

Why hasn’t Moonshiners star Tim Smith been arrested? Is the show real?

So how is it that brewmaster Tim Smith (who does nothing to hide his identity) isn’t in jail right now? Keep reading to find out how Tim and his co-star, ABC agent Jesse Tate, answered that question in two separate interviews.
