Among the cast of struggling young Bostonian women featured on A&E’s new reality series Breaking Boston (premiering tonight at 10/9c) is 25-year-old Noelle Trudeau. In addition to relationship issues stemming from an absentee father, Noelle is also grieving the loss of her brother Adam, who died in a tragic car accident in July of 2012 at the age of 29.
