Is Michigan AG Mike Cox contradicting himself in defense of Andrew Shirvell?
The story of Andrew Shirvell, Assistant AG from Michigan, who has openly targeted a gay student from The University of Michigan has accelerated to the point that a firestorm has started demanding that AG Mike Cox terminate him. Cox has refused primarily citing the First Amendment but a recent submittal to the Supreme Court signed by Cox appears to contradict this position.
