Entourage actor Adrian Grenier removes a dead dog from the roadside in Los Angeles

While out for a jog in Los Angeles March 30, 2010 Entourage actor Adrian Grenier found an injured dog along the roadside. The animal-loving actor removed the limp pooch from the road and placed him in the grass, where he checked it’s vital signs and discovered it was dead.
