Could The Bachelor Jake Pavelka be in for heartache number 2? An anonymous source is claiming that contestant Vienna Girardi of Sanford, Florida has an man waiting for her at home!

We have since discovered the identity of the mystery man to be Brian Lee Smith of Florida. There has been a great deal of debate over the length and nature of the couple’s relationship, but Brian’s arrest for trespassing on Vienna’s father’s property in October of 2009 suggests the couple was still together at that point and serious enough to merit Brian’s anger and eventual arrest!
