The world of music lovers has been saddened in recent days by the passing of Dick Clark and The Band’s Levon Helm, but a great ray of hope has just broken out for Bee Gees singer Robin Gibb. Admitted to a London hospital for a whole host of serious health issues, then coming down with pneumonia and slipping into a coma, things looked terribly grim for Gibb. But with his family keeping a bedside vigil, doctors are hinting at something that might best be considered a miracle.

Bee Gees fans will be distressed to learn that the Brother Gibb with one of the the most dramatic vibrato voices in pop music history has been readmitted to a London hospital for yet another surgery. His most recent public appearances have carried an upbeat message of health, but the frail figure carried by Robin could not be denied.
