90 people are reported dead and 60 more injured after an explosion at a café in Perm, Russia Friday. The “Lamed Horse” was holding jubilee celebrations and most of the people in attendance were employees, family and friends of the café. Rt.com reports:
Most people died of smoke inhalation while they were trying to flee from the cafe, the source in emergency ministry was quoted by RIA Novosti news agency as saying.
”According to preliminary reports, panic, which happened due to fire in the building, lead to a crush at the entrance and those who remained inside died from the smoke,” the source told RIA Novosti.
