Starcasm is bona fide! Not only did playboy.com’s entertainment blog use my illustration of Scarlett Johannson as the Black Widow, but my humble blog has been made fun of by a sock puppet! Respect AND disrespect! I’m trying to remember what life was like before becoming a celebrity…
(If you look close you’ll see they thanked “starcasm.com,” which wasn’t so bad because they did get the link right) (Since starcam was featured on Playboy, perhaps I should have said it’s “bonerfied” instead)
The sock puppet video is from masonmania.com, started by a starcasm fan who must have realized from reading this blog that any idiot can do it. So, he started making one-minute video shorts featuring a fast-talking stream-of-consciousness sock. (Ain’t the internet grand?) Anyway, he took it upon himself to poke a little fun at yours truly and I got an ego kick from it. (I like the added touch of the notebook paper background and Wolverine-esque special effects that make it look like a low budget A-Ha video)
