Each year some friends of mine get together and put a little wager down on who we think will win Big Brother. I got a feeling that the ladies, especially my lady, is going to go with male model Dominic Briones. I can’t say that I’d blame them because the 25-year-old college student from San Mateo, California is a beautiful man. Let’s get to know this young hottie who’s gonna sell a whole bunch of 24/7 live feeds before it’s all said and done.
Mr. Briones has a sleek website dedicated to his modeling venture that has a great bio along with some lovely photos as well. It states that Dominic was born in Redwood City, California, and then raised around the San Francisco Bay Area. Along with the obvious attractions, Briones was an all around athlete as he competed in football, basketball, baseball, and swimming throughout high school. He’s currently enrolled at San Francisco State University, and is working toward a degree in Biochemistry. He now calls San Mateo home and has two siblings, an older brother and a younger sister that he’s very close to.

It’s funny that in his official bio information from CBS there isn’t any mention of his modeling. Man, don’t be ashamed of what you got, you and Zoolander can’t help it if you’re really, really, really, really good-looking. What he does offer up is that he considers himself outgoing, funny and good-hearted. You’ll never guess what this stud’s hobbies are, that’s right, riding motorcycles and mountain bikes because dude’s a speed freak.
He seems like he has a good grasp on the usual strategies that help you out which is to lay low at first, form silent alliances, make friends while building trust. Without question he had the best response out of all the new contestants when he was asked what he’s afraid of. Dominic answered, “I’m afraid of STDs. Everything else, I can adapt to.” Great! If he had his way he’d do what I would (except looking much sexier while doing it) and smuggle in his iPod. He says he can’t live without his tunes but he best get used to it!

Q: Other than the money, why do you want to win Big Brother?
Dominic: I just want to be on Big Brother because it’s a new and adventurous thing that not a lot of people get a chance to do and it’s not your normal lifestyle I mean it’s a summer that you’ll never really forget. It’s memories, you meet new people. I mean it’s an adventure. I like to met new people have fun and do new things. It’s just a break away from real life and it’s going to be fun.
Q: What did you leave behind to play Big Brother?
Dominic: I left behind pretty much everything to play Big Brother. I mean I have no music, no cellphone which makes me feel completely naked. No TV, no real connection to the outside world at all. No family, no friends. You can’t call anyone, you can’t talk to anyone you’re pretty much you’re whole life. I left the music, no music at all and that’s killing me so yeah it’s going to be tough, it’s going to be a long summer but it’s going to be worth it.
Q: How will you make this the most unique season so far?
Dominic: There’s always going to be twists and stuff that they’re going to make us do so that’s going to be unique in itself but I think I’m not going to play like anyone else. I’m going to be open get people to trust me get an alliance going and kind of twist it half-way through. Lay low in the beginning then become kind of a power player and stab people in the back and do what you got to do. So I think that’s going to be unique plus everyone else is unique in their own right so hopefully I’m not like anyone else.
Q: What is your worst fear about being in the house?
Dominic: It’s definitely going to be sharing a bathroom and sharing a shower. I think it’s nasty in its own right. I’ve never had to do it with random people let alone 12 or however many people are going to be in there so that’s going to be nasty. Yeah, I’m not looking forward to it at all.
Q: Who is your favorite Big Brother player ever?
Dominic: My favorite player ever was definitely the Meow Meow. I love Enzo, he was my boy. He was reppin’ the Italian pride. I’m half-Italian and he was just funny as hell and he was rocking shades all the time and he sucked at every competition I mean he wasn’t good at anything but everyone loved him that’s kind of how I want to be except I don’t want to suck at anything. I want to win stuff but yeah I love Enzo he’s my boy.
Q: Are you looking forward to a showmance this season?
Dominic: I’m not looking forward to a showmance. I think it puts a big target on my back so I’m trying to stay away from the ladies but let’s be realistic. There’s going to be some hot ladies in there and it’s going to be tough I know it. So flirting maybe if you’ve got to get on my side but I’m trying not to have a showmance. It just seems like a target to me. But we’ll see, we’ll see what happens.
Q: How far will you go to make your way to the top?
Dominic: I will go as far as it takes to get to the top. I mean that’s the whole goal of being here.
I’m all about how abtastic DB is but man can he talk. Enzo may have stunk at the comps but he knew when to keep quiet! Anyways, now we can get back to what you’ve all been clamoring for; Dominic modeling minus a shirt. But I’m going to really get you because I’ve got exactly that but in moving pictures! It took over 3,000 images to make the spot which meant some lucky person got to photograph Briones literally thousands of times. Mmmmmmmmmmm:
