It’s Kardashian Family Boob Day y’all! (And no, I’m not talking about honoring Bruce Jenner.) Just hours after Kendall Jenner’s brother-in-law Kanye West (is that correct to say?) released the music video for his song “Bound 2” featuring her older half-sister Kim Kardashian topless, Kendall, who just turned 18 sixteen days ago, posted a photo on instagram from a photoshoot with photographer Russell James in which she’s wearing a sheer shirt and no bra with the end result being some serious PG-13 nipple action!

The full-color Kendall Jenner picture above was actually posted by Russell James along with the message, “Thanks @kendalljenner and amazing crew for a great shoot. Look forward to sharing all the shots soon. @thesocietynyc” The picture Kendall posted was in black and white and was accompanied by a similarly excited caption, “sneak peak of today’s shoot with the amazing @nomadrj … can’t wait for you guys to see the rest of the photos!”
As you would imagine, the picture inspired a lot of negative comments from the nipple-averse denizens of the web, causing Kendall to fire back with just how much she doesn’t really give a damn:
I love seeing all of these haters comments. Naomi, Kate, Cindy…. All fabulous models…. Models and photographers take beautiful artistic images. And I don’t hear you birds chirp then. Sit down and enjoy the view! #SorryNotSorry
So where do you fall in the great nipp|e debate? Is freaking out over a woman exposing two half-dollar (more or less) pieces of skin on her breasts an important thing to do to prevent the moral fabric of our society from unraveling, or is it an antiquated notion that doesn’t really make a lot of sense and will inevitably crumble and fall by the wayside as it already has in other parts of the world? (And in New York for that matter.)
Either way, I think we can start the countdown on some sort of one-upsmanship maneuver from either Kris Jenner or Scott Disick or both.
