The stars of “Big Love” were out in force for the final season premiere of the hit HBO drama. As a fan I’m sad to see the show come to an end and from the following arrival pics none of the cast members seemed too happy either. Maybe it’s the new trend on the red carpet but pouty faces ruled the day as the actors who helped elevate the polygamy themed drama frowned away for the cameras.
The 3rd wife made the most headlines as Ginnifer Goodwin arrived with her fiance Joey Kern and her very large engagement ring. She was certainly pouty-in-pink but at least she had a big ol’ rock to cheer her up. Here’s Margene first with her man and then with her man’s ring!

Next up to receive some of my big love is my personal favorite from the show Cloë Sevigny. She actually comes off as the one performer who’s somewhat enjoying the celebration. Her dress was an interesting mid drift revealing number that I kind of thought was funky and cool. Her character Nicki on the show would probably be appalled. I can only imagine what she would think of being seen out in a sexy bikini!?!
I would be amiss if I didn’t include 1st wife and foundation of the Hendrickson clan Jeanne Tripplehorn. Her turn as Barbara on the hit show has been one of the most consistently good portrayals I can recall on TV. Once again the cameras get sad face from the star:

The first episode of season 5 is set for January 16th. I’m looking forward to one last drama filled look at the Hendricksons from Utah.
